Elena Tsappi is a dedicated PhD Candidate and Research Assistant at the System Research
Centre, European University Cyprus. She holds a Bachelor BSc degree in Business & Management
and a Master MSc degree in HR Management from the University of Sunderland, UK. Currently
pursuing her doctoral studies in Business Administration, Elena’s research focuses on
Performance Management in the Metaverse and the integration of virtual reality tools into
business management and entrepreneurship. Her academic journey is underscored by hands-on
experience as a Student Advisor & Admissions Officer at Neapolis University Paphos and as an
HR Officer at the same institution. Elena’s commitment to advancing knowledge is evidenced by
her extensive publication record and active participation as a reviewer at prestigious conferences.
As a member of the System Research Centre, Elena brings a unique blend of academic rigor and
practical insights, poised to contribute to innovative solutions in todays dynamic business
landscape.
